About Working with Ripple Speech Services
Do you accept insurance? How does billing work?
Ripple Speech Services is an out of network provider. We provide a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We recommend checking your out of network benefits with your insurance company. This allows us to decide how much and which services your child needs rather than relying on someone who doesn't know your child at all to tell you what they need. Your child deserves endless opportunities, not just the ones that most insurance companies permit.
What is your attendance and cancellation policy?
We know things can come up with kids being sick or scheduling conflicts that would leave you canceling at the last minute. As per our cancelation policy, we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. If last minute cancelations do happen repeatedly we will determine a day and/or time that will be a better fit. Cancelations made without a 24 hour notice or no-show will be charged the full session fee.
Where will services be provided?
Ripple Speech Services provides services in office at 184 Main Street, Rear, in Emmaus, Pennsylvania. Therapy services may be provided in home for an additional travel fee. Please reach out for details.
My child gets services in school. Can we do private therapy too?
Absolutely! Many children benefit from additional individualized therapy services other than what they receive through school or the state. We are always happy to communicate and collaborate with your child's existing team!
What ages do you work with? Do you see adults?
We see children ages birth-school age for speech and feeding therapy. Additionally, we see 4 year olds through adults for myofunctional therapy.
I'm not sure whether my child needs speech or feeding therapy. What should I do?
We recommend calling or emailing us to start. We offer free consultations to help you see if our services will be a good fit for your needs!
